This is on my child's Jeep Wrangler from 2013.
Light pressure would cause the left front brake to pulse. The brakes would operate normally if the sensor was withdrawn. on the ABS light.
I took it to a reputable shop, and the technician advised me that the reference voltage would fluctuate between 4.29V and 9.95V. Each sensor would flare to 87 MPH when the vehicle was stationary and being watched by the ABS module. I need a new module, a dealer item, and it has to be programmed, it was said. Ouch! Big$$$.
Can I then take one off a wrecker, put it inside, and leave? Take one out and have it programmed?
I'm up for any recommendations.
Thanks!
