I purchased my Pilot in 2005, and my wife had liked it until about a year ago, when brake problems began to emerge.
With the most recent problem, I was unable to properly use the brakes and had to replace the brake pads and master cylinder. Then, owing to friction, smoke began to appear, and the car began to stall without engaging brakes.
Now I've discovered that the ABS controller is out of wack and has to be replaced and reprogrammed. I've already spent hundreds of dollars on this automobile. According to what I've heard, the Honda Pilot has serious brake problems.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
