My vehicle is a 2002 Chevy Suburban. The ABS light on. Even with the ignition switched off, I could hear the motor in the ABS unit running continually. I stepped outside and disconnected the 60A ABS fuse. This brought the engine to a halt. When I re-insert the fuse, the motor restarts.
When the ABS light turned on about a year ago, I disassembled the module and re-soldered the majority of the connections. That solved the problem. I also didn't have the ABS motor turn on at the time.
Is it the ABS module once more?
