My mechanic says this box has gone bad and is causing my speedometer, ABS light, odometer, and sending a code saying a speed sensor. OBDII port reads no Speedo either. Is this black box the EBCM that I need to send you to have it fixed? 01 Dodge Ram3500 van

The odometer and speedometer not working correctly, those are separate issues and we would need to know the codes/issues with that as well before you send it in. The image you provided is a part number for the ABS. This has nothing to do with the odometer/speedometer.
